Couldn't agree with you more about When In Rome's 'The Promise', talk about one moment of magic before disappearing! I was a massive synthpop fan, some other lost classics from the era I could recommend include Fiat Lux 'Secrets' (promo video now on Youtube) and Industry's 'State Of The Nation' which again is up on YouTube, too catchy by half!
